Jackalope Labs is a one-woman show. 1 cup instant black bean flakes
6 prepared corn tortillas
2 tbsp powdered mole sauce or 1/4 cup pre-made mole sauce
1 cup Olive oil
1.Boil water and cover bean flakes, will thicken after it sits a few minutes. Add additional hot water if too thick.
2. Add boiling water to mole powder until it makes a thick sauce, cover and let sit. Add additional water if too thick.
Here’s the tricky part:
3.Heat up the stove on a level surface. Put 1/4 cup olive oil in pan and heat.
4.Fry tortillas by heating until bubbles appear on each side. Cook each side for about 30 seconds. Add olive oil as needed.
5.Add beans and mole sauce
